Stephen is one of the most amazing and most energetic person i have ever met. I came with Sadie so he knows both of us. Thanks Stephen i got a new way of life and yes never lose hope. I just need an excuse to come at your place.
We had such a good experience here! The staff is so friendly and accommodating, and even gave us recommendations for things to do and places to eat while we’re in the area. The massages were so relaxing, we left feeling like we were floating! Highly recommend Body and Soul GB for a girls weekend getaway!
I get my deep tissue massage here, about once or twice a year. I've had Linda the last few times, and she does a phenomenal job. Right on point with the pressure and find those stubborn knots I get. Very cozy atmosphere both inside and out. Everyone here is so nice and makes you feel welcome and at home. I highly recommend it! Thank you, Kevin
