Chair City Oil's Owner, technicians and staff are the best anyone could ask for😁..... I have used them for all the homes I've had over the years and had a new boiler installed last year and their service is outstanding! Prompt, courteous and they do what they say they will do when there is an issue. Today 1/4/24, they went above and beyond to help me with installation of a Smart Thermostat and got me up and running in no time at all. We had nothing but problems with our top of line furnace. Our old dealer was unqualified to setup/service it correctly and just kept throwing new parts at it. We called Chair City Oil. I met with Dave and he diagnosed the problems ( yes several) and we came up with a solution/ game plan. Now when the furnace is running you cannot even hear it start it’s so quiet. Lesson learned the hard way of course.
