“I just had my first office visit with Dr Pfeffer and wish I switched sooner! The front desk staff is happy and very friendly, and Dr Pfeffer came out to get me and did everything himself (I didn't get bounced back and forth from nurse to nurse to waiting room). I was seen on time and my entire appointment was about 45 minutes. If you're hesitant to switch, don't be! What a breath of fresh air this eye doctors office was! My only regret is I didn't switch sooner!“

“I thought the care was good I was able to get my questions answered they recommended Ime a specialist to go too I’m getting new glasses they let me try different pairs until I found the right ones for me I did find it confusing finding the right entrance and finding my way around the building I was glad they let me wait for my transportation even offered to call them if I needed too“

“I have been going to Pleasant Optical for over 40 years and never have been disappointed. On occasion I have tried the LensCrafters and other places like them when Pleasant Optical has been on vacation and I needed glasses. Always the lenses from these other places were junk, they all were supposed to be scratch resistance but always scratched. All the lenses I get from Pleasant Optical have never scratched. And talk about personalized service and custom fit glasses, this is the place. You go to a chain store and have to pick what they have, here they can order different temple lengths, different width glasses etc. This is a family business so they are only open M-F which can make it difficult but well worth the effort. Pricing is in line with the chain stores, maybe a bit more, but well worth it.“

“I needed new optometrist, because my former retired. Had my 1st appt with Elliott Eye practice January 2025. Saw Dr Makenzie Elliott in the Milford office for my initial appointment. I was very pleased with my eye exam: the technicians, staff and Dr Makenzie Elliott - all Excellent ! Short story: I ordered 3 pair of eyeglasses. (Occupational and driving eyeware lenses ordered.) My eye prescription is a complicated one so when I received all 3 pair of eyeglasses completed in just 8 days, I was flabbergasted and pleased beyond measure. My previous experience in my +45 yrs wearing eyeglasses was that getting new eyeglasses was always +3 week to ++ month waiting period before completion. I accepted that as normal and necessary given my prescription. Well Dr Makenzie Elliott and Kathy in Optical dept totally exceeded my expectations. Thank you so very much.“
