Peg was great! She and her team had my son's laptop up and running in a day. She also helped me get the full repair price reimbursed for my own computer that was out of warranty with the manufacturer but still covered under my credit card's warranty. If she hadn't suggested it, I never would have thought to go back to my credit card for warranty replacement. Great service all around!

This is the second time I've used PC Health Stop for my personal computer needs and I can't say enough good things about their service. I ended up deciding to go with a new laptop this time after experiencing RAM problems, and they got me into a new machine at a competitive price, with all my data ready to use, in 24 hours. Peggy and Freddy are very personable, responsive, and know their stuff. As a self-employed consultant down time costs me money, and PC Health Stop is like having my own IT department. They are as good as or better than the ones I had when I worked for Fortune 500 companies!
