He shows up when he says he will, offers suggestions for the job I want done and gets back to me with an estimate and a date he could start. I have used Oteri Construction on multiple occasions beginning in 2011 to present on various projects from roof repair, new exterior doors and erecting a 3 car carport and have been completely satisfied with his work and the people he has working for him.
