From pre-planning to the actual funeral service (for my mother), Doug and Bob helped us with every detail, no matter how small. Norton’s is a beautiful, updated funeral home with a very “homey” feel. Doug and his staff are knowledgeable, professional, and very, very kind. During pre-planning with Doug, I never felt pressured in any way. He completely reviewed and explained all my options, and answered all my questions. As sad as it is that my mother passed, I feel that she would have been so very happy with her wake and funeral services. Norton’s helped us put everything in place so that her life was celebrated in the way she would have wanted.
