I couldn't be more pleased with the experience I had with Metro Boston Plumbing. They were prompt and extremely professional. We needed extensive plumbing work on our property and they went above and beyond with both the service and the quality of their work. Definitely a 5 star company!
Ernie returned my call quickly and was able to fit me into his schedule the following day despite having a full day already. Once on site he diagnosed that the 2nd floor toilet had a slow leak and was causing damage to the ceiling on the first floor. He removed the toilet, replaced the flange and resolved the issue. It’s been a week since the job was done and no sign of any issues reoccurring. He was on time, professional and his pricing was very fair. I will be calling Ernie the next time I need a plumber.
Thanks to Home Depot for recommending Ernie. He is highly skilled and worked meticulously and professionally. He replaced my old bathroom faucet and even offered to inspect my leaking heating pipe and suggested potential solutions. Much appreciated!
