We hired Mass Stone to replace our crumbling front walkway and cracked entryway stairs and we couldn’t be happier with the decision. From the start, I knew Renato was different. Instead of coming to house, measuring, and leaving (like most contractors), Renato listened to what we wanted to do and started visualizing what he could do to improve upon what was already there. We talked for a while, bouncing ideas off each other and coming up with a plan. He was able to eliminate a few steps and the entire walkway is designed differently which makes a huge difference! Renato is different and you can tell immediately that he loves what he does and he loves to see happy customers. We also can’t say enough about the crew, they were fantastic! At no point during the project did we feel that they were rushing through anything or cutting corners to get the job done faster. They showed up at 7 am every day and left past 6 pm every night. The day before the last day, one of the guys mentioned they should be done around 1 the next day but they ended up staying until 8:30, working with their headlights turned on for better visibility to finish the job, we thought. The next day, they came back to clean more and polish the stones for more curb appeal and to add to the beauty of the finished product. This crew was awesome, from start to finish. If you are looking to get a walkway, stairs, patio, retaining wall, whatever…you are doing yourself a disservice if you don’t at least have Renato take a look and provide a quote.
Mass Stone and their team were extremely easy to work with, on time, and they stayed within the budget. Very accommodating and the work looks amazing. I’d recommend and would use them again. Can’t wait to install my Gazebo!!
Renato and his team were very professional. I had a large driveway with gate columns and long path done. The team was discret and quiet and when things had to be adjusted or changed, they did it with a smile. The work was also done in a timely manner. The final product is beautiful, so much so, that neighbors often stop by to compliment or ask for a referral.
