I needed a roof inspection and Fernando was quick to respond to text and showed up the same day after coming from another job. He got on the roof and walked around to look for anything out of the ordinary. Also inspected the gutters as well for issues. Offer a few suggestions based on my budget constrain. He stayed longer then he needed to because I had a bunch of questions. But was patience and our conversation was never rushed. I would feel comfortable hiring him work.
