I always have an awesome experience at Gastro Health and Dr Oviedo and his physician Assistant Marlena O are excellent Doctors. I highly recommend Gastro Health in Framingham Massachusetts.
LOVE my Doc (Oviedo) but sorely disappointed in office management. I thought it would be better when they renamed as Gastro Health, but it isn't. They still don't have electronic messaging and trying to make follow ups is near impossible. You have to wait to be 'invited' to book your 4 m follow up appointment and then when you finally get the letter all the spots are full. So, you are then told to call back in a few weeks because they can't seem to figure things out more than a month or two in advance. So, the patient gets to repeat this frustrating process all over again, and again. Insanity! If I didn't love my doc I'd go elsewhere!!
A family member started seeing Dr. Samuel Miller this year -- and the care has been extraordinary. Thorough, thoughtful and compassionate -- with Dr. Miller taking extra time, and patience, to attend to individual needs. All procedures and results have been explained with clarity; all questions and concerns welcomed. I agree with reviews here that say past issues with phone call wait times, office staff, etc. have been significantly improved. I have not experienced any difficulties this year.
