Beware will charge you and not care if your issue is not resolved. That is what he literally said to me. “I don’t care that I charged you and was not able to fix your washer”.Came out first time and charged $160 to clear out filter and said that would resolve our drainage issue. Nothing changed. Two days later charged us $200 to replace pump and the washer still does not work. Dishonest and lazy. Does not care about making sure his job is done right. Find a reputable company that knows what they are doing.

A bad experience overall. I called him to have him come look at my washing machine. He said he could do it the next day. Great--I cancel separate appointment with a different repairman who couldn't come for two days. I call and text him the next day, and he says he'll come later, after 5p. He then goes on to tell me about how he just drove out to some town 45 minutes away and the guy wasn't even home. He was mad because the guy was disrespectful of his time. I sympathized. He comes to my house later in the day, looks at my washing machine, and says he'll have to come back the next day to repair it.
