Coffee Pond Photography and Yearbooks is a great business that is down to earth and easy to work with. They offer incredible customer service, are responsive, and easy to reach. The professional customer service includes taking time to answer questions and resolve issues in less than five minutes. Photos come out good, capturing a kid's quirky side and are wonderful for children who usually won't sit still. The photos are very "them," and the class photos are awesome. Prices and packages are reasonable for a budget. Mistakes can happen, but resolving them is easy. The service is stellar, including responding to questions at 9 PM on a weekend. The experience and photos are very different from those taken in the 80's.
Hi, I don't like to do this but if you guys see this please but better background in the photos, because we has parents are pay for are childrens picture to be good. better yourself this year and you're gonna see good reviews and happy customers.

my daughter, Who attends Lincoln public school took pictures in the beginning of the school year. I paid for the pictures in advance however, when it was time to receive the pictures, we just got a sample picture with proof written over it and My Daughter was listed under the wrong Person‘s name. I contacted coffee ponds and they excuse the error and I explain that I did not like the original picture and wanted her to retake them. fast-forward My Daughter retakes the picture and again we did not receive the pictures as they have her still listed under the other student who is not even at the school anymore. I would give them zero stars if possible. If any school districts are reading this, please reconsider using Coffee Pond for your school photos.
We’ve always been very happy with my daughter's school pictures in the past, but this year’s photo was clearly taken before she was ready or even had a chance to smile. They only take one shot of each student and do not review photos before moving to the next student. Retakes were the only option recommended when reaching out to them, and the photographer left the school on retake day before her classroom's turn, so no retake.
