I had an absolutely stellar experience working with Buildbak.... especially with the project manager, Andrey. After a burst pipe in my upstairs neighbor’s unit caused significant water damage in my condo, Andrey stepped in with professionalism, efficiency, and genuine care. He handled communications with insurance, kept me updated at every stage, and brought a level of expertise that immediately put me at ease.
ADDITIONALLY....every person he brought onto the project (contractor, electrician, painter, etc.) delivered top‑tier work. The entire process was smooth and far less stressful than I expected.

I think I’ve posted 3 reviews on google so it should mean something I feel compelled to write a highly positive review of Matt and the team. Someone drove through my front steps 2 weeks before I was set to close on a sale of the property. Matt answered the first time I called. Was at the property the next day. Got me a quote same day. Worked with insurance on my behalf to get all the financials squared away and got the work completed in 2 weeks from phone call to finished work which is an incredible pace.
