Amazing service!!!! Laura made the whole experience seamless and enjoyable, she’s fantastic!! How many times have you heard someone say that about an eye exam huh? The entire staff was friendly and very knowledgeable. I have and will continue to recommend the Framingham optical team to all of my friends, family, and coworkers. Looking forward to my next exam!!!

Great service! Not a long wait, efficient but friendly throughout. The power had just gone out due to a storm and the staff handled it with grace and a touch of humor. Kudos to Laura and the other nice lady working there.

At the Framingham location Laura was fantastic. She did my eye exam she's very professional. Tammy is also fantastic very professional..She tried to help me find glasses.
The only reason why I'm not giving a 5 star.It's because there is not a lot of glasses to choose from.
