“December 2025 update — it's 2025 and Vista is still standing behind the work they did for me more than a decade ago. This review is based on a recent repair that Vista did for me. In 2013 they installed a new roof on my garage. When a wind storm damaged a few shingles a couple of months ago, I called Vista. Within a week they had someone out to take care of the problem at no cost to me. How many companies have that kind of integrity after so many years? I can't say enough in praise of the young man who came to fix the problem. Marc has been out to my house several times over the years to fix minor issues with the roofing shingles and it is always a pleasure to see him. He arrives on time, assesses the damage, and corrects the problem with great competence and care. He answers questions patiently and without condescension — something I really appreciate as a senior citizen who must rely on the expertise and honesty of others when I need help. He is kind, personable, and simply a joy to work with. Moreover, I am always confident that the job has been done correctly. This time, he went beyond the call of duty to look at a minor problem I was having with a section of the roof gutter that was too high for me to reach. “Jon and his crew renovated our kitchen while we were away. He coordinated our project, which was completed before we returned home. Jon's communication with us during the renovation was excellent so we were appraised of how it was progressing day to day including pictures. The renovation was stunning from the installation of the quartz and tile to the small details of under-cabinet lighting. The kitchen area was cleaned and dusted when we arrived home. “We just recently purchased a house in north granby with an existing pellet stove. We called bob in to give it a tune up and install a chimney liner. After using the stove we realized it was as cheap as bob warned us. 1 month of using the old stove it quit on us. Called bob on a Tuesday, by Friday him in his team were at our home installing our new top of the line st croix stove. Bob was professional personable and very knowledgeable the whole time. It was a pleasure meeting Bob and we now consider him a friend instead of just the guy to fix the pellet stove. The 2 dogs also thank Bob and his team they were lost with out the pellet stove.“
