I live in Rhode Island and chose this business, even though it is a 20 minute drive, based on their reviews. I am beyond thrilled that I did! Dr. Graham is amazing. Very thorough & professional, yet friendly. He answered all of my questions and put my mind at ease about starting Biologic Therapy shots for my chronic allergic asthma. Denise, who administers the shots is incredible! So nice and accommodating. ALL of the receptionists are exponentially friendly and courteous. I never have to wait and am always seen at my scheduled appointment time. I will never go anywhere else!

First off the ladies who do the apts are amazing! . Thank you Sherry , ect. So patient and understanding especially during these troubled times. I had to do a Breathing test and I was anxious and Kendra and a trainer by the name of Britney made me feel comfortable and at ease they were very professional and their bedside manner was second to none! Now I am waiting for Dr. Dudha to come in and talk to me. Awesome Doc! Awesome staff! Safe clean and covid safe! I even had to take a Covid test before I came. I highly recommend this practice.

I recently had an appointment due to covid, and I have never felt more welcomed and taken care of in a doctors office. The staff were generous and courteous. They offered me water after a procedure, explained everything with such patience. The front staff are absolutely welcoming, professional and have the best attitude. The office is clean and masks are always offered. All together, this is my best experience at PRIMA care so far. All the girls know what they are doing. Will be talking about it to everyone I know.
