My husband went in July 2022, it's now February 2023 and he paid for all the costs, prescription and glasses! Still no glasses! He can hardly see out of his current ones and this office keeps blaming it on the manufacturer. You all sound like thieves if you ask me, shame on your buisness!

I was told over the phone I had to drive up to get my eye prescription. When I got there they wouldn’t give it to me because I hadn’t been seen in awhile and couldn’t be seen until March. That’s a valuable piece of information that could’ve been communicated over the phone. Another reason I’m leaving this practice. Hope this saves someone else their time.
