I have sat in on meditations before and I do meditations on my own... however, Mercedez has a true gift of pure love. Her meditations were different from anything I had experienced before. She welcomes the whole you by providing the space for healing and centering with her gentle, soothing voice. Guiding you to embrace all of who you are in the moment while washing away the rest and lifting you up.
