I have lower back and hip pain as well as some sciatica. Simone gave me a thoroughly relaxing massage and also stretched me to give me some relief from my ailments. She also ended by teaching me 2 stretches I could do at home everyday. What a great way to start the day. Looking forward to coming back again this fall.”
