Needed whole house A/C replaced. Found the right choice in Wright Choice.
Bought house with 20+ year old air conditioner which finally died. I contacted 4 companies for quotes. 3 came to house to look at the situation and one asked me to send photos. So now I'm down to 3. One from a big local firm wanted to measure every room in the house even though I told him the size we had did a good job cooling before it died. It was clear he was looking to up-sell so now I'm down to 2.
The remaining 2 firms had almost identical quotes. So since price wasn't part of the consideration we were looking for service and support.... read full review

Carl came over the day I called to check on the issue with the fan motor. He figured out it was the Capacitor and replaced it on the spot. Very honest guy. Will use him again next time I need any service.Service: Repair HVAC

11/28/2022. If I could give Karl and team more stars I would. The service delivered was professional and performed on time. My home and concerns were respected. I had many questions that Karl patiently answered. He assisted me with a Mass Save loan application as well as a rebate for installation of my new furnace. Prior to installation he came to my home and discussed optimal options that would work best, as well as offering many ideas to improve the visual positioning of ductwork. The team arrived on time and worked quietly and efficiently throughout the day. The work area in my basement was left in an orderly fashion.
