The staff was very friendly the few times I went in and the pedicure was pretty good. I asked for a flower with round petals on my big toe and both times they did it the flower did not have round petals or look very pretty. I was a little disappointed by that. Also I loved the old chairs and they gave a good massage but the new chairs are not very comfortable at all... Can barely feel the massage.
They are quick and professional, give great messages and their work really lasts! I love coming here!
These owners are now in Enfield btw. Different owners and completely different service at the E. Longmeadow location.
I called to make an appointment cuz i thought it would be busy. Got an appointment right away with Michele! Her attention to detail is awesome! Was only gonna get a pedicure, but for $30 more I got a gel manicure as well! It was the BEST 2 hours spent!!! It is very clean there! I would highly recommend AGAIN!
