“Our agent, Desiree Orcutt, was incredibly professional. She held our hand every step of the way and answered every question we had promptly and bent over backwards to make the selling process as seamless as possible . Highly recommend her!”
“Greg did an amazing job selling my mom’s house. He ensured a smooth process. Greg made the emotionally difficult decisions on selling of my moms home that she lived in for the last 48 years easy. Thank you Greg you are the best friend/agent and people would be foolish not to utilize your assistance in the real estate process.”
“We had a fantastic experience working with Bill Arzt as the listing agent on a purchase. My client had some issues right off the bat that made the loan a little harder to pull together, but Bill kept a calm demeanor and worked with us to get to the closing table. Without his experience and helpful attitude I doubt this would have stayed together, but we ended up getting the loan done and closing earlier than the contract date. I hope I get to work across from Bill Arzt on another transaction in the future, I would recommend his servicers to anyone looking for a great realtor!”
