“The marvelous realtors Joel Cruz and Nick Graveline guided and steadied my husband and I through a very turbulent 6-month search for our new home. We toured dozens of houses with them throughout Massachusetts and Connecticut both in person and by Zoom. Joel answered every email within hours and promptly made room in his schedule for every house tour we wanted. He never put us off; never said no; never delayed.
