Dr. Bonavita and his staff are good, I'm pleased. The only thing to note is the office does not answer their phone during business hours. Your call goes to voicemail. The receptionist usually calls back when she can. It then becomes a game of phone tag with messages back and forth. As a result it creates confusion and misunderstandings for patient during the appointment. Other than that all is well in the dentist office.

This has taken me quite a while to write because I usually don't Post and deal with my experiences on my own. I went to Dr. Bonavita as a new customer. It was only because of a transfer of insurance. I went in (only after a few months from seeing my last dentist) I was informed I had 3 cavities. We started with one tooth filling and it didn't feel right after the procedure. I went back and he refilled it. Still not correct. I was then told I needed a root canal (3 visits later) -- tooth still doesn't feel as it should. I was then informed how "unfortunate" that my tooth cracked (as I stated probably being drilled 5 different times didn't help). I never received a follow-up or felt as if it mattered. My tooth is in need of an implant (obviously going to another dentist) and even with my insurance it will cost me $3600 -- of which I don't have. I'm glad others have had nice staff experience but having a good personality didn't help with what I went through.

This is simply by far the best dentist's office I have ever been to. The staff and receptionist are excellent, as well as is Dr. Bonavita. I had some cavities filled and it was very comfortable and he took his time. Highly recommended!

Dr. Bonavita and his staff are fantastic! For many years in my past, I was afraid of the dentist. Now I look forward to going to Dr. Bonavita's office. Everyone is friendly and welcoming. They listen to your concerns and truly care about their patients. I would highly recommend Dr. Bonavita!
