“I called FRED’S Plumbing and Heating after my family had a bad experience with another plumber.
He came right out on Monday and had the issue diagnosed in under 3 minutes. His crew was busy for the remainder of that day so they came out to the family home first thing Tuesday morning to vacuum and clean the boiler system. They were done in 1 1/4 hours, which cost less than the “parts changing plumber” who visited the family home on Friday, costing them $600 for parts, and left the family with birds, cats, dogs, ferrets and humans with still no heat.
Thanks to FRED’S Plumbing, our family will be calling them for any plumbing repairs in the future!

“Justin from Roto-Rooter deserves a medal, a parade, and maybe even his own reality show. Our washing machine drain was so clogged it could’ve qualified as a national park. Justin showed up like a plumbing superhero, armed with his trusty snake and the determination of a man who’s unclogged one drain too many.

He wrestled that clog into submission faster than I can say “spin cycle,” and now our washing machine is draining like it just signed a deal with Niagara Falls. He was professional, friendly, and somehow managed to make unclogging pipes look cool.

“He was the first of 5 to return my call. He returned my call in 1 hour - only 1 other returned call. It was a small job to replace a leaking air pressure valve in my boiler line. He came out next day. When he showed up I mentioned water hammer in my dishwasher and he agreed to install an arrester on the spot as well as replace other leaking pressure valves that I had not noticed when I made the first call. Great guy with tons of experience. He is my first call from now on and the guy recommend when someone asks me for a good plumber in the area.“

I'd hire him again. The only reason why it isn't 5 stars is that everyone has room to improve. It's not because he didn't fix the problem.“
