Fabulous experience--- we were having a very frustrating time trying to transfer files from our old Windows 10 computer to our new computer. Found out that we couldn't connect one computer to the other via USB... unless we had a SPECIAL cable with drivers and software. I called the top rated computer repair locally for Mashpee and got an answering service that was clearly off site and employed operators who spoke English as a second language--- I decided to stay LOCAL--- called Steve at SDW Computer of Cape Cod and he told me how to do it OVER THE PHONE!! Thank you Steve!! You are definitely my Cape Cod Computer Guy from now on!
