Dave has been a joy to work with even though the diagnosis was my pc is dying. He's very fair with prices, very knowledgeable and though we tried, it turned out to be the end of days for my laptop. I'm glad I got a straight answer, he took the time to show and explain, showing me the pros and cons of replacement or trying to fix it and it stinks that it's just going. Rather then bandage it, which wouldn't help me for long, and cost more than it's worth, he told me straight up. While I do not usually take the time to write a review, I decided to write one since Dave was able to address and resolve all of my computer issues in a timely manner. First and foremost, Dave was able to recover all my stored data, which included hundreds of personal pictures, after my hard drive unexpectantly crashed and stopped working. He replaced it with a solid-state drive and upgraded the memory. The computer is now extremely fast and very reliable. Second, since I was having some wifi signal issues within my house, Dave was able to recommend a wifi extender to me to purchase. I can't speak highly enough of Upper Cape Cod PC Services. I called on a Friday evening because my PC gave me a black screen of death after doing a Windows update. Dave answered the phone, talked me through some troubleshooting tips, and had the issue fixed in a matter of minutes. In an age when it's hard to get someone to actually pick up the phone and when it can take days to get an appointment, Upper Cape Cod PC Services has definitely set themselves apart. I am so incredibly grateful for their help and I highly recommend them! They are definitely Microsoft Windows computer specialists!
