We’ve used Mastertech many times over the past 6 years. Steve has plumbed 2 bathrooms, fixed some leaks and replaced our hot water heater.
The office is polite and prompt at returning calls, appointments are offered in a reasonable time frame depending on severity, and txts are sent confirming the appt and when Steve is on his way.
This is a reliable professional company who we will continue to use and recommend.

Clear communication between myself, office and Technician. Troy reached out to ask if he could come early as he finished a prior job quicker than anticipated. He found and solved our problem within an hour. I was concerned when I read the summary of service (I was not on site) that the issue would return, however the washer has been used throughout the weekend without a recurrence of the issue. Thank you very much!!!

I’m very appreciative of the quick response and repair of my leaking pipe yesterday. A year ago the team installed a new furnace and eliminated a crazy maze of pipes from previous furnace and hot water heaters.
