First and foremost, Dave was able to recover all my stored data, which included hundreds of personal pictures, after my hard drive unexpectantly crashed and stopped working. He replaced it with a solid-state drive and upgraded the memory. The computer is now extremely fast and very reliable. Second, since I was having some wifi signal issues within my house, Dave was able to recommend a wifi extender to me to purchase. He subsequently set it up, and he placed it in a location where all of my devices receive great reception regardless of where they are located in my house. Dave's overall knowledge and utmost professionalism allowed me to have the trust and confidence in him.“
