We moved into a new home two months ago, and once it got warm out, we realized that there was something wrong with our AC! We scheduled an appointment with the technician from Nickerson, and he came by. The technician was on time, extremely polite, very patient with us (we had a lot of questions!) he told us what the problem had been (someone had knocked the float out of the compressor - probably one of us) and how to avoid it in the future. He then gave us a quick tour of our system - how to troubleshoot it, how to change the filters, etc. Overall, very pleased with the customer service!
