Dr. Bortree takes excellent care of my boys. She explains everything before and after exams and procedures. She's very patient with my many questions, and she makes sure that I understand everything. She presents all options and offers compassionate guidance and advice. You'll still have to go to an emergency vet for those kinds of things. I have not seen the other doctors, but I'm sure they are just as good. The technicians and front office staff are wonderful. They are friendly, patient, and very professional. And they laugh at my dumb jokes.“
