The medical staff at Mill City are professional, caring and knowledgeable. Lee (PA) listened intently to dad’s concerns and communicated a plan to move forward. We never felt rushed and know she truly has her patients well being in mind.
This was my first visit to Mill City Medical in Dracut, and I had a wonderful experience. The office is beautiful and welcoming. The woman at check-in was friendly and caring, which made a great first impression. My appointment with Sarim Poirier, NP, was excellent. She took the time to truly understand my concerns and was genuinely helpful in working toward a solution.

Ive been going to Mill City Medical Group now for 3-4 years and let me tell you it has been a great transition compared to previously being at Tewksbury Medical Group.
I've been consistently seeing Sarim Poirier NP-C. She is very attentive, professional, down to earth, and very thorough in her examinations and medical explanations. The office staff are also very nice, professional and actually answer the phones when you need to make an appointment
