During a difficult time, I reached out to Jennifer prior to my mother’s passing alerting her that the time was near and she responded immediately on a Sunday letting me know the appropriate next steps. Once my mother passed, Jennifer and the team took care of all the details and ensured that nothing was missed and everything we asked for was taken care of. During such a chaotic time, it was very calming not to have to wait hours for a call back or a response. In addition to the outstanding service, the facility itself was very soothing and accommodating for a large family. Although, I typically do not like to complete reviews, I could not go without completing this review and providing a big THANK You for all that was done. I strongly recommend Dracut Funeral Home.“

“I can only rate the first call, where the removal team took my sister-in-law from the residence. If you're reading this, there is something you likely need to know. I observed and then I looked into this. Lots of people, when they think of funeral homes, think of tidy, neat rooms, staff all dressed up and a decor that makes you feel like you're checking into a high-class hotel in 1880. That's the final product. First call is the raw material, a chore, and not one to wear your best clothes. The staff, dressed presentably in semi-formal clothes, were absolutely professional, mind you. They had to close the bedroom door because the work of transfering the body onto the transport cot isn't pretty. Then you see your family member in the form of lumpy contours under a wrapper, such as a blanket. Geometry requires raising one end of the transport cot and twisting to get around corners in tight spaces. Be ready for the heartbreaking moment shortly after their departure, because the person is gone. Ceremonies come later.“

“Im a nurse at a senior facility & had a very complex situation with one of our folks passing. I reached out to O'DONNELL Funeral home. Jim & Arthur, the funeral directors, Megan who handles the phones & business & even the two 20 year old men who came to us, Ryan & Tony, to bring our gentleman to the funeral home were beyond amazing to deal with. We had a lot of phone calls, we had a lot of hoops to jump through on both sides & they were phenomenal. They were incredibly helpful, compassionate & caring.
