Unified HVAC Service is a local company that provides fast and reliable AC repair, furnace cleaning, heat pump installation, and emergency services in Dover and nearby locations. The team is known for its professionalism and strong HVAC knowledge. Customers report that the technicians are polite, professional, and easy to work with. They explain repairs in simple terms and test the system thoroughly before leaving. The service includes same‑day and emergency response, and the technicians arrive on time and diagnose problems quickly. Pricing is fair, with no surprise charges, and the company offers clear, honest estimates. They also provide email reminders for scheduled work and even send a photo of the technician who will arrive. The technicians are NATE Certified and skilled at handling a wide range of systems, from ductless mini‑splits to high‑efficiency furnaces and heat pumps. In one case, a technician inspected older white‑insulated refrigerant lines, identified rodent damage, and shared the repair cost fairly with the homeowner. In another, a new furnace and heat pump were installed quickly, with improved ductwork and a new thermostat, and the team ensured everything was working properly before leaving. Customers appreciate the attention to detail, the willingness to explain options, and the commitment to customer satisfaction. Unified HVAC Service is trusted for dependable results, skilled technicians, honest pricing, and reliable future maintenance. Customers also note that the team provides clear explanations, handles each job with care, and ensures the system runs smoothly before leaving.
When you hire a company for AC repair and heat pump installation, you hope for experience, professionalism, courtesy, and a strong work ethic, and that is exactly what I received. I recently had heat pumps and related AC system work completed, and the installation crew arrived on time and got right to work. Braxton, Justin, Marc, and the rest of the team were very professional and clearly knew the HVAC work they were doing. They installed the units carefully, kept the work areas clean, and made sure everything was running properly before they finished. After the job, they explained how the system works and answered my questions in simple terms. I could not have asked...read full review
Our AC failed during the peak summer heat in Dover, and we found out the refrigerant lines had iced up overnight. As they thawed, water dripped onto the furnace blower motor, and the outdoor condenser was also acting on and off because it did not match the indoor equipment and may have had moisture in the line set. In the end, we needed a full HVAC system replacement, including the indoor and outdoor units. After comparing several estimates, we chose Unified Hvac Service for the complete install. The team was honest, professional, easy to work with, and the pricing was very fair. They explained the system issues clearly, never used pressure, and helped us understand why...read full review
Got a new AC system installed with updated ductwork, and the whole process went very smoothly. My old unit was even older than the house, which was surprising, so it was definitely time for an upgrade. Getting a quote was simple, and they gave me a few good options for ac repair and replacement. If you already have a certain system or heat pump in mind, they are happy to quote that specific model, which made the process easier. The install was scheduled without any hassle, and braxton and justin arrived on time. The crew was friendly, professional, and careful inside my home during the hvac installation. The pricing felt fair after comparing a few estimates, and they...read full review
