Worst dentist ever they not only rush u they basically only offer cleaning and x ray they say mass health doesn't cover certain things like sealant all the brown area or groves filled nothing they don't do crowns nothing so no I don't recommend this office to anyone unless u want waste your time!!!!!!!!!!?

However, my recent experience at Franklin Park Family Dental has left me amazed at the exceptional level of care I received.I was in excruciating pain due to an infected wisdom tooth, and in my moment of distress, Dr. Jacob and the team were like a beacon of hope. Despite being a new patient, they understood the urgency of my situation and scheduled me for an immediate appointment. This place reminds me of a family reunion. Everyone is so nice and welcoming. Doctor S. is my alll time favorite Doctor of my entire life and he does amazing work. I would recommend this establishment to anybody reading this post just like I've recommended it to all of my friends and family. Everything from the walls to the floors are in excellent condition and all of this combined makes for an exceptional experience at the dentist's office. Thank you Franklin Park Family Dental for being so AWESOME.

If I could give no stars I would. So me an my son has been going here for 9yrs they was good for the first 2yrs after that it was always an issue when we went the last couple of times. our appointment set for 4pm we don’t get seen till 5:30pm I was sent home twice without a full proper cleaning, the dr he refused to do the full process on my mouth because he was late to go somewhere else, he didn’t even check my sons mouth after the the nurse gave him a cleaning. Mind you we was there on time and still had to wait from 4pm till 5:30 to be seen just for him to refuse us full service this is the third time I’ve been sent home without getting the things done that I came for. The first time I got sent home with an aching tooth that I went to get pulled and I was denied. I will not ever be going back here neither will my son. I take our health serious and I need a dentist office that feels the same.

If 4.5 stars was an option, that’s would I would rate Franklin Dental. Just shy of 5 stars but still very good! I’ve been going there since i was a child and I’ve come to love the staff. Dr Jacobs is a great person to know. She’s always taken care of me when i visit. Dentist Sahni is very friendly and prioritizes patient comfort and thoroughly answers any questions about your care. Everyone is very friendly, from the receptionist of the day, to the dental hygienist, to the dentist, even the shadowing students were great. From the moment you walk in someone is willing assist you. They are very busy and wait times are usually long as with many dentist facilities (which can be frustrating for people), but if you have patience the staff is definitely worth the wait. Building personal connections over time has made my visits much more comfortable and productive. Any tooth pain i experience and alert them of was resolved effectively, cavities removed, and Teeth cleanings were quick and painless. I will continue to visit every 6 months!

Dr. Rodriguez did a great job cleaning my son's teeth. Good customer service and was able to book same day appointment for new patient on a Saturday. We are happy.

Why do I drive all the way from Winchester to Franklin Park Family Dental? Because of the people. Dr. Seema Jacob isn't just a great dentist, she's a wonderful human being, too. Her staff is terrific, the facility is bright and clean and first rate. I'm so glad I chose Dr. Jacob and her team to take care of my dental needs.

Absolutely horrible do not go here you will be scammed and bamboozled go else where you’ve been warned ! This place needs to be shut down immediately! I had a permanent crown placed and fell out 3 months later absolutely terrible ! They told me I needed all these procedures . I went to a more experienced practice they told me I don’t need any of the things this practiced mentioned. DONT GO HERE !!
