After 20 plus years I had it with Cuttin Loose. My hair was all chopped up especially at top area uneven and in the back. Jeanne told me to come back that she would fix it but I couldn’t as I was nervous to have it be worse. I went to a very professional stylist who travels to cities for classes etc. to consult and school on latest techniques and she had to cut a lot of my hair off to fix and start over. She was beyond critical of the mess. She also laughed when I told her Jeanne said my natural curls I had for 60 years were gone because of menopause. Of course I decided to part with Cuttin Loose. Definitely has gone downhill over past twenty years. Prices are too high. Will not listen to what you want done. Owners are devious so do not let them know any personal information believe me. Never dry my hair. No parking. Not worth it

The Nash family seems to own Cuttin' Loose Hair Salon, and the Swain family seems to be connected to the Nash family... Meh... How can I put this politely... If you're looking for a safe space for your culture of white supremacy and bigotry, you may be very comfortable at Cuttin' Loose... If anyone can point out any posts in which either of these families use their social media platform to advocate against the racism and white supremacy that is so common in their community and especially their demographic, by all means, go ahead and share it here... read full review
