The stylist, Long, takes time to listen carefully to what each client wants and sculpts the hair to fit the face. Clients appreciate the flexibility with changing appointments due to variable work schedules and the ability to accommodate short notice cancellations. The salon offers an incredible shampoo experience, with one partner washing hair gently and thoroughly. Long has done excellent work on thick, coarse long hair, adding layers to make it feel light. One client spent 6 hours getting a bayalage/highlights with money pieces, curtain bangs, and a long wolf cut, noting the results are unbeatable at the price of $275 before tip. Another client let Long decide the haircut and was very happy with the result. Regular clients have been returning for 3 years and have never been let down. The experience is described as wonderful, comfortable, and welcoming from start to finish.

My mother and I first time visit. Owner was friendly and very skillful. Executed the cut exactly how I wanted with reference pictures. Reasonable price compared to others in the area. Service was excellent 10/10 will be coming back
