I'm leaving this review until I get a callback for my 2 coats that were dropped off on 11/02/2024. I was told by the lady that my coats would be ready by Wednesday 11/06/2024. I came on Wednesday and was told that the other person who works there didn't bring in my coats and that I'd get a call either later tonight or in the next morning. It's now Friday 11/08/2024, I still haven't received an update since. I've been calling all morning and my calls have repeatedly been forwarded to voicemail. This is very unprofessional and I'll leave this here until someone resolves this.

The previous owner Rigal Saint Felix is the bottom of the barrel ... the use you up and spit you out type of man. Very dishonest and sneaky and used my grandmother he even paid her illegally and well below minimum wage! She was the best thing to ever happen to that laundromat she built it from the ground up. For her to work her fingers to the bone and establish wonderful relationships with the clients...for him just up and sell the business was so wrong. I can't change the pain he caused but I can spread awareness ...Now it's owned by two vindictive, vile Haitian ladies that care solely about money.
