Her classes are well-thought out and very creative. Each week’s session is a little bit different, focusing on different areas of the body. At some time or anther nearly everyone needs modifications of the exercises tailored to their needs; Rebecca is always on top of this and makes you feel comfortable about your differences. All in all, Rebecca is not only a talented teacher who regularly updates her pilates training - she’s also a kind human being.“
