“The principles they teach here are life changing and follow you throughout your life. At 71 I still have superior balance for my age that I attribute to stretching and mat exercises that I still do and learned from Andi. Looking forward to getting back there this summer. Haven't beeb able to get there since I moved to Tennessee.”
“Solid instruction with depth of knowledge. Great atmosphere, helpful, supportive staff. This business is a gift to the community, a place to practice where yoga is the focus.”
“I was recently on Cape Cod visiting and cannot tell you how delighted I was to find a yoga studio right in town walking distance to my dear friend’s Bed and Breakfast, The Platinum Pebble. I signed up for the month unlimited new student program and walked to the studio every day to enjoy beautifully articulated and paced classes. Emily, Jen and Leigh the owner provided A list calibre teaching. So lovely and welcoming Thank you ??”
