We have known, and worked with the Willard Roofing team, for well over a decade. Our experience has been nothing short of fantastic dealing with both Parker Sr. and now Parker Jr. They demonstrate a good old fashioned work ethic, extreme responsiveness and are excellent communicators. After working with them on multiple occasions, it is clear they are committed to quality workmanship and will stand behind their name. We had our roof shingles replaced by Willard last month. The whole experience of dealing with them was excellent from start to finish. I'm so glad we went with them!James came out to do an evaluation, recommended some options to consider, and was completely frank and very helpful. The quote was promptly emailed to me, was very detailed and informative - and the price was extremely reasonable and fair.Once we decided to go ahead with the replacement, they put us on their schedule, and as they predicted, our job started in three weeks. Very happy with Willard. Very responsive, work looks fantastic. Prices better than other companies quotes. Had a very difficult time finding any roofer to come and work on my slate roof. Glad I found Willard. Very professional.
