Scott installed a new high efficient gas boiler system to replace my older one five month ago. It worked great and saved a significant part of my gas bill. Yesterday one of the zone didn't heat up suddenly. I texted Scott and he came to my home on the afternoon and fixed it by replacing a part. My boiler broke and Scott worked on my project right away securing a boiler and arranging for prompt delivery. He was installing it as soon as it was delivered all with less than a 24 turn around. He was professional, honest, and extremely competent. He did the job right with out taking any short cuts. The job was priced fairly, at the low end of the expected range, and he delivered quality workmanship that was at the top of what could be achieved. Scott is incredible. I had Scott and team come out to replace systems across three units. He took the older water heaters and boilers out, installed the new Navien combi systems, and cleaned up after the job was done. We noticed the pressure relief valve was a little leaky and Scott came out the next day to take care of it. He is responsive, personable, and fairly priced. Thanks Scott - we really appreciate the work you do!
