“I found this place because I had been going to the same Brookline vet group for 17 years and it has steadily been going downhill but I was loyal and don’t like change. When my dog became really sick - I had to find a place that was organized, calm & competent to try and save my dogs life. Ultimately, lily passed away but the wonderful care she received & the kindness that was shown to me was like night and day compared to my previous vet. I can’t believe I waited so long to switch to a different vet / practice. Thank you chestnut hill for doing everything you could for Lilly & I. “We were referred to this vet by a good friend who’s traveled 30-45 mins to get to West Rox. They were absolutely right for it. My anxious min pin had an amazing visit. The vet techs were immediately kind and knew his name, leaning down to give him scratches. The doctor was amazing. He immediately sat on the ground with our nervous guy and chatted with us. He was so informative and patient. Cannot recommend them highly enough.“

“The doctors and doctors assistants are wonderful here. The doctor was super sweet and she and Gisella never pressured my shy dog Honey to do anything she didn’t want to do! They treated her with such gentleness and kindness, and were so patient. This is the place any dog parent wants to take their animal! Of course, it doesn’t smell the best and it’s not a luxury place by any means, but that’s to be expected from a vet clinic. The prices are very fair, the treatment is transparent and quality, and I was blown away by the level of care from the doctor (wish I could remember her name) and the assistant. I will be a lifelong client!“
