We were referred to this vet by a good friend who’s traveled 30-45 mins to get to West Rox. They were absolutely right for it. My anxious min pin had an amazing visit. The vet techs were immediately kind and knew his name, leaning down to give him scratches. The doctor was amazing. He immediately sat on the ground with our nervous guy and chatted with us. He was so informative and patient. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

The staff truly love the animals that come through their doors! They are kind, gentle, and caring and I feel so at ease bringing my pets here. I couldn't recommend a better place!

My girl Ellie hasn't been well for a a couple of months and Dr. Heald has gone out of her way to help us. She stayed in touch on her days off and we have been able to figure out a plan to get Ellie back on her feet.
