He is incredibly professional and quite skilled at his work; his workers are also very skilled, and they are all so so nice and kind and it is clearly important to them to keep the house tidy and clean. A joy to have in the home while I go about my own business. I felt immediately comfortable leaving the house while they stayed here. Some other things that made them stand out in comparison with others I've tried out: *Tony and his wife answer calls and texts very promptly *Tony shows up exactly as planned (unless weather interferes with outdoor work, of course, in which case he communicates that well ahead of time) he *He typically shows up early but never late (in fact, I've been a few minutes late to meet him twice - sorry Tony!) *He takes detailed notes as you're showing him what you'd like done and instills a confidence that he knows what he's doing (he does) *Adriana (Tony's wife) sends a detailed estimate that Tony goes through with you as he's completing work *I had Tony complete: winterizing doors and windows, refinishing old front wooden doors w/ some trim replacements, cleaning gutters (some quite high up), checking and replacing smoke detectors, replacing filters, refinishing front concrete steps, filling holes throughout the house and patch painting (done incredibly skillfully by the way), drain replacements, and a few other things. *Excellent value for all You may use Tony as much as you like but you better not steal him from me :)”
