Kevin coordinated the fire cleaning at15 Murphy , Lynn MA for the last two months . All involved provided the best in class service on time and nothing missed . I highly recommend their service to anyone .. their are the best in town .,
The incident occurred in November I had sewer backed up into my basement. Completely flooded my basement. I called Clean Joe spoke to Miguel who had a crew at my house within a three hour period. The crew was very professional. They did an awesome job at cleaning my basement. When I tell you call Clean Joe speak to Miguel you will not be disappointed. My basement was so horrible and it had such a foul smelling odor from the sewer back up, they left the house smelling of Citrus fruits and sanitized.Thank you, Miguel and your team for professionalism and empathy at a time that I needed it most. We had flooding in our finished basement and called Clean Joe. We knew they would be busy but Kevin was still able to arrange the team to get out to us the equipment we needed in a timely expedient manner. We were able to get everything dried up quickly, so there was no permanent water damage. Berto arrived on the job and was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable and got everything set up correctly. Thanks to Kevin & Berto for their great teamwork. I would definitely recommend to use them in the future.
