“I've worked with Steve several times over the past couple of years. I first had him clean my dryer vents, and then recently, I worked with him again to remove black mold from my bathroom.
Steve was able to give me an assessment the next day and let me know the process and price within two days. Over the course of several days, he and his assistant removed the affected drywall, cleaned the entire room, and replaced the drywall (something another company said they wouldn't do after remediation).
For every appointment, I received a text by 7:30am that day letting me know what time he'd be coming by, and he was always on time. He answered all of my questions and was just generally a pleasure to deal with.
