I sent an email to Mike late in the night thinking I had an issue with my sewer or drainage. He contacted me the next morning and came out that very same day. He was on time and professional. I didn’t end up needing anything done with my sewer nor did I have an issue with my drainage. He showed me the issue and explained what was happening. Mike was very kind and helpful. We had a failed Septic system late in the season and would have not made it through the winter. I have heard of Mike DiBuono sewer and septic repair through friends of family but decided to do more research and check out the other competitors. After reading reviews of customer satisfaction I decided that indeed Mike DiBuono would be the man for the job, he had great reviews with customer satisfaction. Ongoing septic backups continued after recent pump outs. Our plumber referred us to Mike DiBuono. The pipe from the house to the septic tank was blocked by roots from a large shrub above it. Mike took our call at 7:00pm Tuesday, and had the problem fixed before 2:00pm Wednesday. He diagnosed the issue, got an excavator on site and dug a trench for a new pipe. He also removed and disposed of the offending shrub and roots. Mike is great to work with. He takes the time to explain everything, and he gave us a great price for a pretty significant problem.
