I sent an email to Mike late in the night thinking I had an issue with my sewer or drainage. He contacted me the next morning and came out that very same day. He was on time and professional. I didn’t end up needing anything done with my sewer nor did I have an issue with my drainage. He showed me the issue and explained what was happening. Mike was very kind and helpful. I was on vacation visiting family on the Cape, and managed to pull a back rib while lifting a weight off the floor. I was in a lot of pain, and my cousin who is Dr O'Brien's patient called him to see if he could squeeze me in and he kindly found time that same afternoon. The office environment was very pleasant and tranquil, and Dr O'Brien had the best treatment table I'd ever been on. He started with some electro-stimulation of the painful area, and then I got on the table, told him to do whatever it took, and from the first move, I knew I was literally in good (great) hands! He expertly positioned me for every adjustment, and after 3 substantial moves, I got off the table feeling like a million bucks! While this was not a planned vacation activity(hah!), it allowed me to really enjoy the rest of my time there which otherwise would have been a train-wreck!
