I have only good things to say about Walden Carpets And Rugs. They cleaned our carpet and did an amazing job. The stains have all gone out. Also the bad smell disappeared. The price was fair. I am highly satisfied with this company and recommends them to all.
I had a bad experience with carpet cleaning before. Because of wrong steam cleaning our carpet has ripples now. It was very upsetting. Instead of cleaning it, they made a mess of my carpet. So I looked for another one and found Walden Carpets And Rugs, I asked them if they can fix my problem and they said they can try. My carpet was stretched and suddenly it's good as new. I highly recommend them, they're great at their job.
